Returns and Exchanges
All items come with a limited 90 Day warranty. This 90 Day warranty exclusively covers internal defects. Internal defects are issues arising from the damage of internal components not arising from external impact, damage or inadvertent accidents to the item. eWheelsUSA.com has exclusive right to conclude as to whether a defect is one of the external or internal issues. In honoring a warranty claim, eWheelsUSA.com will assess the item with reasonable diligence in determining whether the item has an internal or external defect. In order to return your item for a full refund it must be in brand new condition (including but not limited to scratches or dents) and it also must be returned in the original box with the user manual and charger. Item must be returned within 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back. ( We do NOT issue return labels )
All products must be returned in its original condition and must NOT have been used or opened. We may send you a different color or model replacement to warranty your board with equal value price if we do not have the same model to warranty out a replacement. Used products will not be accepted!
If you decide to return your product, you are liable for the return postage and responsible for the safe return of the product to us, and will also be subject to a $25 restocking fee.
- Any returns must be discussed and authorized by our customer service in advance. We will then provide return instructions after our customer service has authorized your return application.
- We require tracked shipping if you return your order and the return shipping fees will be paid by the customer without compensation, and will also be subject to a $25 restocking fee.
- After your return request has been confirmed and authorized, we need you to send the package back to us within 1-2 business days.
Our warranty covers any technical faults/manufacturer defects, but does NOT cover the following:
- General wear and Damage due to improper use
- Water damage.
- Chassis/frame damage
- Broken or loose charger port/pins
- Electronic damage due to using improper charger voltage
- Damage caused by collisions or accidents (such as scratches or broken shells)
- Chargers/Accessories/Carrying Cases
- RGB LED Light Strips (LED Fender Lights)
- Bluetooth & Bluetooth Speakers
