Are your products in stock?

Yes, any item you see on our website is currently in stock.

What does it mean when a hoverboard has "Bluetooth"?

Hoverboards that have Bluetooth have a speaker inside the hoverboard allowing you to stream music from your phone directly to your hoverboard.

Are you hoverboards safe?

Why is my Hoverboard not balancing properly or throwing me off?

Simple! Hoverboards have self-balancing technology that allows the board to move forward and backward on two wheels. The board loses calibration sometimes and you need to re-calibrate it. Click Here To View our Hoverboard Recalibration Help Guide.

Shipping and Policy

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 100% free.

Where do you ship your products from?

All our products are shipped from our Florida warehouse. We will never have an item "drop shipped" to you from China or any other foreign country.

What shipping method do you use?

All Hoverboards are shipped using FedEx.

When will my item be shipped out?

After your order is placed, your order will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Most Orders are shipped same day if purchased by 4pm.

How long will it take to receive my Order?

The average delivery transit time via FedEx is 2-4 business days after your order has been shipped.

Do you provide return labels?

We do not pay return shipping on defective parts. We do pay to ship the replacement part back to you, using FedEx Ground.

Why was my order canceled?

It will most likely be because the billing and shipping address were different, and we couldn’t verify it. Please go back to our website and use the correct billing address to match your shipping.

Why do I have to pay a re-stocking fee?

You are subject to a re-stocking fee of $25 to cover the cost of shipping the board to you in the case that you no longer need the board or change your mind.

How do I cancel my order if it has already been shipped?

You reject package upon delivery and once we receive the package back to our facility we will issue a refund within 2-4 business days. You will be subject to a $25 re-stocking fee.

What is the refund timeframe?

Warranty and Returns

What is your warranty?

All items come with a 90 Day warranty. Our warranty only covers manufacture defects and does not cover problems caused by the user.

How do I process a return?

You must fill out an RMA form to determine eligibility and one of our representatives will contact you with 24-48 hrs. (Mon-Fri) via email. Click Here to view our RMA form.

Why do I need a G-mail to fill out RMA form?

We use google forms to have you fill out and upload pictures, to do so you must have a Gmail to sign in and submit photos as that is how we determine eligibility.

What if the board received is different from the pictures on the RMA form?

We will deny your claim and send the order back to you with a $25 re-stocking fee.

How long does it take to process my warranty once you receive my package?

It takes 7 business days.

What if my order doesn’t meet your return policy and needs repair?

If we have the parts in stock we will repair it free of charge, however, the customer must pay for both shipping to and from our facility. Order MUST still be under the 90-Day time frame.

Payment and Price

Why did my card Decline?

This is usually due to one of the reasons listed below:

  • 1) The billing address you provided does not match the billing address on file with your credit card.
  • 2) The CVV code entered is incorrect. Check the back of your card for the 3-digit code. if using an American Express, the code is a 4-digit code located on the front of your card
  • 3) Your issuing bank has declined the order, please call your bank to approve the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept all major credit cards.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, if you need assistance and prefer to have a representative take your order, please feel free to give us a call at 888-268-4588.

Is my information secured?

All personal data transmitted on our site is secured. We DO NOT store credit card information on our servers.

Do you match competitor prices?

We strive to offer the best prices, eWheelsUSA does not try to compete with competition as many of them sell cheap knock-offs that are not UL2272 certified. We stand by our quality and to make sure our customer is getting the best offer possible.
